Samson and Sherylon Doolin - Senior Pastors

Samson Doolin is the senior pastor of FCF World Outreach, a vibrant church situated on a beautiful 20 acre campus located in the Baltimore suburb of Owings Mills, Maryland. Pastor Doolin began preaching at the age of 15, teaching the truth, making it plain, and keeping it simple over 35 years. He is set apart by his passion for excellence, along with his desire to help people and leaders maximize their personal potential. As he states, “There is little a man or woman cannot accomplish in life once God and His Word is allowed to elevate their thinking!”

Pastor Doolin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education. He is also a graduate of Kenneth

Hagin’s, Rhema Bible Training Center. He has served in numerous capacities of service with Buddy & Pat Harrison, founders of Faith Christian Fellowship International.

Samson and his wife, Sherylon, have been married for over 30 years. Sherylon is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Social Work. They have four children Rebekah, Chris, Brittany and Nick.

Erik Dennis - Fine Arts Director

Erik Dennis is a gifted and established producer, pianist, organist, and saxophonist. He went to the Baltimore School for the Arts for three years before graduating from Douglass High School. He then attended Bowie State University. Erik has a gift for bringing the best out of people, particularly musicians. At FCF, he leads and plays for the music ministry while also overseeing the rest of the fine arts ministry. He has produced and played for many local and nationally known artists and is well respected by his peers.

Evonne Womble - Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Evonne has served in this position since 2005. She attended Towson University where she studied classes in Mass Communication and while at Morgan State University she studied Telecommunications. Evonne has 2 children, Jasmine and Jirard, and enjoys cooking, sketching, planning weddings and events, and shopping.

Karl Nelson - Maintenance, Youth Pastor, Hospitality, Assistant Minister

Karl has been a member of FCF for over 16 years, and his humor and passion have been making a difference in the lives of teens for ten years. He received his Ministers License in 2002, was ordained in 2007, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies at Regent University. He has also received training with Teen Mania, Acquire the Fire Youth Conventions, ATF Leadership Summit, Willow Creek Leadership Summit, The Global Leadership Summit and Teen Life Ministries. He and wife Stacey have three children, Karl II, Logan, and Colby. Karl loves spending quality time with his family at sports events, movies or just hanging out.

Tina M. Williams - Membership & Small Groups, Assistant Minister

Tina has been active in ministry for over 19 years. She received ministry training through Harvest International Bible Training Center and has supplemented her education through targeted seminars. She is married to Russell Williams, and they have 3 children. At FCF, Tina has served in children’s ministry as master teacher, department leader and children’s director and has been instrumental in helping mentor and build powerful children’s ministry leaders. She currently oversees the New Members Class, Intercessory Prayer, Women’s Ministry and the Prayer Room Counseling team.

Russell Williams - Finance/Bookkeeping

Russell has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and has served FCF in this capacity for four years, though he has been with the church for over 15 years. He is married with three children and enjoys working with children of all ages.
